Quality Control
We select tailors having more than 10 years of experience to supervise and check the quality of all the clothes that we make. This goes through over 30 steps to make sure that we produce quality products as customers most desire.
Example of the quality control of the jacket.
- Check the pressed resin. Are there any bubbles in it?
- Check the pleats. Are they wrinkled or are there any pits in them?
- Make sure that the collars are properly sewn. Has the thread been cut off? Have the threads on the button holes been cut off?
- Check the collar body. Is it wrinkled or slackened?
- Check the seam between upper and lower collar. Is it wrinkled or are there any threads?
- Check the upper part of the pocket and the pocket body. Is it nicely sewn? Are the border or the body of the pocket wrinkled?
- Check that the button holes are nicely sewn. Has the thread been cut? Have the threads that are too long been cut off?
- Check the seams in the front, on the side and in the back. Is it wrinkled?
- Check the inside seams in the front, on the side and in the back. Is it wrinkled?
- Check the bottom part of the sleeves. Have they been sewn? If yes, are they nicely sewn?
- Check the inside facing. Are there any cloth left?
- Check the shirt lining. Is it too long?
- Check the sleeve lining. Is it too long?
- Check the back of the sleeves. Have all the threads been cut off?
- Check the seams on the back of the sleeves. Are they wrinkled?
- In order to measure the arm length, one has to measure from the shoulder to the end of the arm.
- In order to measure the shoulder length, one has to measure from one shoulder to the other shoulder.
- In order to measure to tailor the shirt, one has to measure from the seam next to the shoulder to the end of the shirt.
- Check the front lining. Is it too long?
- Check for the shoulder pattern. Has the tailor made them continuous?
- Check the upper collar and lower collar pattern. Has the tailor made them continuous?
- Check the brand tag position. Is it in the middle?
- Check the collar tag position. Is it in the middle?
- Check the name embroidery position. Is it in the middle?
- Check the felt on the back of the collar. Is it too long?
- Check the back of the collar. Is it nicely sewn?
- Check the front button position. Are they symmetrically attached?
- Check the button space position. Are they too close or too far apart?
- Check the button holes. Are they evenly sewn?
